Imperial Guard Vendetta

Just a question as i play many people and seem to get different rules in every tournament.
The imperial guard vendetta due to its size what are the rules for deployment, outflank and movement?
due to its shear size it is hard to deploy all of its body on the board as it is 11 inches long, does the whole of the model have to be on the board or can it have its wings and tail off the board because it has a 6inch base which it stands on?
