Heya ETC peeps. On the sat night is anyone up for any of the following?
-Malifaux- I have a painted crew
-Freebooter's Fate- Hopefully my figs are here by then
I am also up for trying Chaos in the Old World or Descent board games if Maelstrom have store copies to play with?

We have Descent, Talisman, Chaos in the Old World and Space Hulk kicking around dudes.
I have a copy of Chaos in the Old World. If you are playing such a lengthy game, you cannot beat Battlestar Gallactica !

not when on the first turn you're thrown in the brig and can't get out for THE WHOLE GAME and your not even an agent. It takes a tint off it then.

Dangabbit. I'd say yes if I thought I'd be in fit state by that point in the day.
Are you local to Notts/Mansfield, or do you travel in?
I'm travelling up from MK. But there is an active Epic A community that go to the 1st Company Vets every Thursday at WHW if that's any use to you.
Alternatively it may be possible to get someone to drop into Maelstrom one evening to do some games.

You must have reeaaallllly shifty eyes.
If you were a cylon you could declare yourself and leave the brig. You just lose your special ability use.
If not, after a few turns of not revealling yourself as a cylon you should be able to convince the others to give you a chance, or the actual cylons should have been discovered, thus proving you human.
Well I hope I don't look that shifty lol (were you at the 35pt tourny at malestrome in Jan? I was "Da Hat" there so you might be able to tell me).
The cylon was happy to mess up things in the back ground while I suffered and I couldn't get out of brig. I've had better games but that one lives on in my book 'o grudges.
I have Twilight Imperium 3rd edition with expansion, a fantastic game, one of FFG's best, but its loooonnng (4hrs +) happy to play it if there are any takers.
Alternatively Risk 2210 which is (IMHO) the best version of the game and all done in about 2 hours?
World cup, followed by food (lots) sleep and studying all the broken stuff that gets pulled against me day 1.

Looking at Austin, I would like a game of Freebooters fate. How many models you playing with 4? If you say more than that I will have to buy more!!

I have Imperial models and have Capt Garcia, Teniente, Sgt Escopeda and 2 arquebusiers. I can easily drop a model to get to 4 though:)
They only arrived yesterday so I will get them built and ready for action!
